Franchise business ownership is a proven path to entrepreneurship.  Franchising is also a viable career alternative for many people who want to run their own business, without having to ‘invent’ it. An added bonus: A successful and time-tested business model mitigates many of the common risks involved in starting any new business, whether you do so as an owner-operator, a savvy absentee investor, or BOTH!

About the Speaker

Julian Reid is a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source where his mission is “to help people assess their career possibilities and dreams – specializing in their exploration of business ownership and franchise opportunities.”

A strategic and tactical thinking leader, with an engineering and organization management background, Julian began his career working on U.S. Navy submarines as a nuclear engineer. Career stops with Fortune 500 companies including Ecolab, Nalco, International Paper, and UPS, developed his leadership and business development skills. Julian is now an award-winning coach; recognized for helping professionals address their lifestyle and financial goals through entrepreneurial franchising.

Julian holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Co-op Plan, from Georgia Tech. He enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, college football, and serving in multiple volunteer leadership roles within the Atlanta locations of North Point Ministries. Julian lives in Canton, GA.
