Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

A skiing photo, and a football game photo!

Julian Reid is a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source where his mission is “to help people assess their career possibilities and dreams – specializing in their exploration of business ownership and franchise opportunities”.

Morning vs. Afternoon. Actually, it’s Nassau vs. Cabo!

A strategic and tactical thinking leader, with an engineering and organization management background, Julian is well acquainted with the strategies required for small business start-ups and franchise operations. Mail Boxes Etc. (The UPS Store) business development, operations, and marketing was Julian’s first and most direct experience with franchising. More recently, he helped small business owners with their critical needs for improved cash flow and funding for growth; often using little-known funding solutions to overcome circumstances where the bank said “no”.

During more than 25 years as a business professional, Julian has developed an unrelenting focus on client service, small business strategy, leadership, organization management, commitment to increasing profits, and senior business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Julian and his wife Lynn have 4 grown children and live in Canton, GA. He enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, college football, and spending time with friends and family.  Julian also serves in several volunteer leadership roles within the Atlanta area churches of North Point Ministries.

“I can say without hesitation; I have found at this point in my life and career something that “fits me like a glove”, and the genesis of this new direction was accepting a call from Julian Reid. Julian introduced me to potential career and business paths I would not have considered without his patient (and persistent) coaching and expertise. Julian indeed acted as a coach along the way. Not only did he review my skills and vocational desires then marry them up with several potential opportunities, but he gave help, counsel, and referrals to others where additional insights were beneficial. He did not provide a “dating service” for potential employment, but rather a thoughtful introduction and then information about dating, the potential match, and foundations for a good relationship to make sure this would be a relationship that would last (forgive the analogy).”
